Greyz & Glaze began as a home kitchen experiment in Bauan, Batangas — a search for the perfect balance between a soft, chewy bite and a rich, honest flavor.
Every batch is mixed, shaped, and baked upon order, never left to sit. We keep our menu small on purpose, so every pastry that leaves our kitchen gets our full attention.
